Michele Potenza, chef healthy, grown in Piedmont where he discovered from an early age his passion for good food, he moved about ten years ago in the Veneto after gaining a 'many years of experience in Italy: from Puglia to Alto Adige, from Piedmont to Veneto and in Europe to perfect himself. Also from Pugliese, Michele consider food as a philosophy, a way of life, a reflection of the soul.
Over the years Michele, received several awards and notes of appreciation from important Chef, food journalists and bloggers, he cooked for famous guests. In addition to all those experiences Chef’s name is known in Italy thanks to his participation for several years in famous Television cuisine programme on the main italian channel.
Chef's cuisine is in continuous evolution, it combines naturalness, flavor enhancement and great personality. His natural and healthy cuisine is renowned and appreciated in a world in which people are increasingly careful about the way they eat by choosing organic food and balanced menu. Fruit, vegetables and herbs come mainly from your organic garden or at least are selected zero kilometer «from our land» and follow the seasons, the meat is certified with omega 3,6 and the fish is fresh of the day, from the Adriatic and Mediterranean seas.
Also as part of Chef’s cuisine quality and in the respect of the 'environment, flour are organic, he prefer to use whole flour, Kamut and Enkir, the extra virgin olive oil is carefully chosen from farms that extract cold olives. To strengthen his healthy chef identity, he cooperates with doctors, nutritionists, and renowned oncologists with whom he holds cooking classes and healthy cooking show, to disseminate the importance of a healthy diet.
In addition to his activities Chef Mchele is in constant search of new ideas to create special energy around the theme of food, he conceived and founded Très Chef, a company offering elite food services which suggest consultancy assistance to companies eager to strengthen their business and image, Cooking school and show cooking for simple beginners or professionals cook, tailor made and bespoke catering and banquets services, home and private personal for people who wants to welcome their guests as if they were at a gourmet restaurant.
